Training
Our club trains in two locations:
The club has training sessions for all ages and events, from hurdles to cross country and hammer throwing to long jumping.
Our training nights are:
6:30 pm Tuesday / Thursday at Medway Park Athletic Track, Gillingham.
6.30 pm Mon / Wed / Thurs / Fri at Sutton Valence Athletic Track, Maidstone.

Adults wanting to get fitter, run with others or get into running will benefit from the newly launched Run Medway programme.

We hold sessions:
