12 stage team announced
 
M&M's Senior Men's Team will be taking part in one of the country's most exciting and high quality road running events on 5th April.  The Milton Keynes Road Relays, which incorporate the South of England 12 Stage Relay Championships will see 12 athlets run alternate legs of 7.7km and 5.2km.  M&M has a strong team out on the day with the following athletes due to take part.
 
Short Legs:
Jack Tyler (making a welcome return from injury)
Tim Alexander (running over distance on the road)
James Hogg (a return to racing)
Josh Elderfield (a senior men's road running debut)
Antony Pinol (looking to use his speed)
Nick Slade (becoming a relay regular)
 
Long legs:
Mike Coleman (M&M's star man)
Ben Tyler (hoping to turn is fine indoor form into road success)
Barry Royden (he's done it all before)
Pat Curran (his experience will be vital)
Adie Lowther (in good form but needs a race)
Tom Collins (returning to the UK)

Mini Marthon for Gilbert
 
M&M's Adam Gilbert has been selected to represent the Under 15 Boys SE Regional team in the 5km London Mini Marathon on marathon day.  He will line up London'd roads as many of his senior team counteparts start some miles back on Blackheath.

A nice day in Hastings
 
M&M's Senior Men picked up the Team prize at the Hatsings Half Marathon on Sunday 15h March.  Mike Coleman finished sixth behind a host of Africans to be 1st M&M and 1st Briton across the line, earning himself £1000 in the process.  He was supported by Barry Royden, Gareth Williams and Allen Jones, the latter two using the race as part of their London Marathon preparations.

Students prove they don't all lie in bed and drink
 
A small group of M&M's athletes turned out for thier university teams at the British Universities and Colleges Sports Indoor Athletics Championships over the weekend of 14-15 March.
 
Ben Tyler, Brunel, showed fine form to run a pb of 8:45.75 over 3000m, whilst Claire Welch ran 8.06 in her Brighton University Vest.
 
Brunel also won the Men's and Women's team events.

M&M Athletes pull on county vests
 
Several M&M athletes, including Natalie Gray, James West and Helena Penfold pulled on the royal blue county vest on Saturday 7th March to compete in the CAU Inter Counties Cross-Country Championship in Nottingham.

Renault wins north of the border
 
M&M's Neil Renault continued his marathon preparations with a win on the roads of Inverness.  His half marathon time of 68:18mins, despite atrocious, conditions, saw him win by 13secs.

Winter Walking
 
At a wet and windy Victoria Park in London, Redecca Colins won the Junior Women's southern 5kms Championship on the 2nd February.  Despote a cold and windy day she a managed PB with a time of 30m 02s.
