English National X-Country Championships - Preview
 
On Saturday 21st February, M&M's top cross country runners will travel to the infamous Parliament HIll fields in London to take part in the world's most famous cross country race.  Mike Coleman is likely to be the club's top performer as he aims to break into the top ten of the senior men's race.  Check out www.mandmac.org to see how the team got on.

Kent Cross Country League
 
M&M's Senior men finally surrendered their grip on the Kent the kent cross league titles at the final league match of the season.  But find out who turned in top performances in the final senior races, visit the Kent League page.

UK Indoor Athletics Championships
 
Luke Smallwood rewrote the club record books once again at the national indoor championships.  His time of 48.41secs over 400m meant he was very unfortunate not to prgoress to the semi finals from his highly competitive heat.  Full results.

Kent Indoor Championships
 
A large number of M&M athletes took part in the county indoor championships on 15th and 15th February.  The haul of medals included 13 golds.  Click to see the full results.

Smallwood and Waghorn continue good indoor form with club records
 
Luke Smallwood added the 200m senior men's indoor club record to the 400m one he picked up last week at Lee Valley on 1st February. His time was 22.61secs
 
At the same meeting Annie Waghorn took her first U17 Women's club reocrd in the 400m Indoors with a time of 62.82secs.
