BAL CUP
The BAL Cup sees the club's Senior Men and Women compete in a combined team. each round has 10 events taking place in 100 minutes.

A small team of Senior Men contested the 10 events on the programme in the cup semi final. With only the winner sure of a final place and the club having drawn arguably the country's two best teams in Woodford Green with Essex Ladies and Newham this meeting was always going to be a tough challenge. The end result of third place was probably the best that could be hoped for, but two pb's (Martin Brockman -11mH and Stuart Hitchcock - JT) and a return to competition for Luke Smallwood made the day a reall success as well as a bit of fun!
