Have you won any titles or been selected for county teams or major events?
I was U13 Kent Champion at 70m hurdles and pentathlon and I came 1st in the U15 Kent Schools High Jump. As an U13 I was picked to represent Kent in the Shot Putt, 70m hurdles and Relay. I have also run for Kent in the 75m hurdles. Also I am doing Kent Multi-events!

How did you get into the sport?
I have wanted to be an athlete from the age of 4 and eventually joined up at the age of 9 after completing my grades in another sport, Taekwondo.

Who is your coach?
Lee Rogers and occasionally Luke Smallwood.

How often do you train?
I train from 3 to 4 nights a week for 1 1/2 hours.

What is your favourite training session?
My favourite training session is hurdles and sprinting.

What is your proudest moment or biggest achievement in the sport?
My biggest achievement was getting sub 12 for hurdles and 26.42 for 200m.

What are your current aims and targets?
My current aim is to carry on the season the way I started, which has been very positively, hopefully getting more p.b’s along the way.

What are your long term aims and targets?
One day I hope to compete in the Olympics.

Who is your athletics hero?
To be honest I don’t know!

What do you enjoy doing away from athletics?
I enjoy hanging out with my friends and sisters.

What is your job or what are you studying?
I am studying for my GCSE’s.

Do any of your family compete in the sport?
Yes, my mum comes and trains with my group 2 to 3 nights a week.

Who is your best friend in the sport?
My best friend in the sport is Nicola Keegan because we pull each other along and always congratulate each other. We have a great relationship inside and outside of athletics. We are best of friends off the track and best of enemies on the track. We have a joke and a laugh at training.

What would you say to other athletes?
If you are an athlete the two main things are to take it seriously and make sure you enjoy it.
