2009 - Friday 17th April
The 2009 AGM and Cross Country Presentations will take place on April 17th at Maidstone Leisure Centre. 8pm start.

EGM - 24th October 2008
Works continues to prepare the club for possibly becoming an unincorporated charity.
The Extra-ordinary General Meeting planned for July was postponed to allow more work to continue on a new constitution, but has now been rearranged for Friday 24th October.
The EMG will take place prior to the Summer Presentation Evening and will begin at 7:15pm.
If you wish to talk to anyone at this stage please contact Club Treasurer, Martin Gray, at
martingray@mandmac.org . Anyone who made a proxy vote for the postponed EGM can rest assured it remains valid and will be counted at this meeting. This is an important matter for your club and your attendance is encouraged.
Please take time to read this letter as it will affect the way we are able to finance the club going forward and so impact directly on the level of member’s subscriptions in 2009 onwards.
2008
The AGM took place on 4th April 2008. The event was well attended.
Key issues arising from the meeting:
Club Chairman Alan Beaumont retired from his post and Paul Alcock was elected as the club's new Chairman.
Pat Finn retired from his post as Treasurer and Martin Gray was elected as the new Treasurer.
Karen White was elected as Social Secretary.
The membership fees for 2009 were raised by £1 to £43.
Amendments to the Club Constitution were made to allow the progression towards Club Mark.
Presentations on the club's future structure and the two new tracks were made.
