Senior Kent League Final Race
20th February 2010
Swanley

The Senior Men's and Women's Kent League concluded on Saturday 20 February at Parkwood Hall School, Swanley.  The Senior men once again did battle with Tonbridge for the honours in the team competitions and the honours were once again shared.  As had happened the previous week in the county championship, Tonbridge proved strong at the fornt of the race and secured the 4-to-score league title, but M&M's strength in depth was evident as they easily secured the duodec 12-to-score title - wrestling it back from 2009 winners Tonbridge AC.  It was the 8th time in 11 years the team had secured this trophy.

On the day, four in the first ten wasn't enough to hold off Tonbridge AC but 12 in the first 36 was in the 12 to score team event.

In the women's race there were no individual or team titles on the line but a trio of M&M athletes ran well to secured 5th team on the day and 9th in the league.
