Royden & Wallace Run to Gold
Barry Royden added another Kent county gold to what must be a sackful of county golds he has locked away. He did this in style as he won the 2009 M40 Kent County Cross Country Championships in Tunbridge Wells on Saturday 12th December. He was supported by long-term training partner Gareth Williams, who is enjoying a resurgence of form of late, as he came home in 3rd place.
Phil Wallace showed age is no barrier to form as he won the M60 race with ease.
